Mr. Chin is exercising. He stretches out a spring with both arms to strengthen his chest; he does barbell lifts and rows to strengthen his arms and back. At the end, his body has transformed into that of a lean and muscular body builder in a speedo. A skinny OMQ does some barbell push presses, and practices his sword wu-shu movements. At the end, his body has transformed by having more muscular arms and legs, and a large soft belly.
